The underlying investigation concerns very serious allegations that Jean may have stolen money from a customer by making fraudulent ACH transfers from the customer's account to pay his own personal credit card bills. Jean allegedly refused to cooperate with FINRA's investigation into these allegations by failing to provide requested information and documents and failing to appear for testimony.
