Glenn J. Romer Suspended for Failure to Comply with FINRA Arbitration Award
According to FINRA, Glenn J Romer (CRD #4841915) of Toms River, New Jersey, was suspended from association with any FINRA member in all capacities pursuant to FINRA Rule Series 9554 for failure to comply with an arbitration award or related settlement. The suspension became effective on April 22, 2026, under FINRA Arbitration Case #25-00645.
The securities industry's arbitration system is a private, binding alternative to court litigation for resolving disputes between investors and their brokers. When investors enter into brokerage account agreements, they typically agree to resolve disputes through FINRA arbitration. In exchange for giving up their right to sue in court, investors benefit from a process that is generally faster and less expensive than litigation.
