If you contact us, we collect what you send: your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your situation. Searching the broker database requires no account and sends us nothing about you.

How we use it

Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage The Frankowski Firm, to represent you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

The database

Records on this site are summaries of public FINRA disciplinary actions. They concern registered brokers and firms acting in a professional capacity, not private individuals. If you believe a record is inaccurate, contact us and we will review it against the underlying FINRA publication.
